• 24 hour shifts 7am - 7am
• 0 - 5 average OB inpatients per day
• Hospital setting with ED and Labor and Delivery
• Call coverage only
• OB high-risk cases low volume
• Special training in OBGYN required
• 15 C-sections and 85 vaginal deliveries per year
