• Friday - Monday 7am - 7am 24-hour on-call shifts
• Average of 10 orthopedic inpatients
• Approximately 6 patients per shift
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement required
• Joint revision or repair for shoulder, hip, and knee
• 9 shifts per month schedule
• Must respond to calls within 15 minutes
• Must be in building within 30 minutes when needed
