• 2 months on, 4 months off schedule for minimum 1 year commitment
• Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm, weekends 1 pm - 5 pm
• 13 - 16 patients per day, up to 20 in winter months
• All outpatient procedures
• Hospital privileges required
• PALS and BLS certification required
