• 2-5 cases per day per physician
• General surgery (70%), OB/GYN (10%), neuro (10%), ortho (5%)
• Weekend 24-hour call coverage required
• Adults (90%), pediatrics 2+ years (10%)
• Ongoing need 1-4 weeks per month
• 12-hour guarantee on weekend day shifts
