• Night call 3pm - 8am with day rounding 8am - 3pm
• 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off schedule options
• Average 2 - 6 patients per day, recently 1 - 2 patients
• Low volume hospital setting
• Open ICU with admissions and rounding
• No procedures or ventilator management required
• Code team participation when on site
