This 25-bed critical access hospital provides a wide range of healthcare services, including 24-hour emergency care, primary care, diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation, and surgical services. About the Opportunity:

• 60% clinical and 40% Admin/Director duties
• Medical Directors will carry their own patient panel
• 100% outpatient position
• EPIC EMR
• The average daily patient census is 16-18
• No call
• Not-for-profit critical access hospital with ties to the academic medical center
• The ideal candidate will have an interest in value-based care
• Physicians with Director experience preferred
