• Monday - Friday schedule with 8 am - 4:30 pm hours
• 15 patients per day in outpatient setting
• Full-time position with 35 hours patient-facing time
• Weekend rotation with Saturday 1 pm - 4 pm shifts
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
• Group practice setting with established patient base
• 5 hours weekly for administrative duties
