Washington Psychiatry Position, 35-minutes from Seattle

Adult Psychiatrist

Location: Washington State
Hours: Full-time, Onsite
Compensation: At or above $350,000, commensurate with experience

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated, empathetic Adult Psychiatrist to provide outpatient care to a diverse, vulnerable patient population. Enjoy schedule flexibility of a four- or five-day workweek, ample time for patient care, and no call or weekend requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide quality-driven care in an outpatient-focused setting.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing treatment for an Adult-only, diverse, patient population.
Guide, collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of MAs, Nurses, LCSWs, and Techs.
Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for caseload.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Full-time, on-site position - 40 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license in Washington required or ability to obtain.
Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
