A well-established private dermatology group is seeking a Board-Certified Dermatologist (MD) to lead the launch of a brand-new office in Palm Beach Gardens. The Opportunity

• New office launch planned within 26 months of hire
• Be the lead provider with meaningful input into operations, flow and growth strategy
• Practice a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatologytailored to your comfort and interests
• Autonomy to shape your schedule, patient volume and clinical focus

Practice Environment

• Flexible patient volume
• 46 exam rooms designed for efficiency and flow
• EMA / modern EMR system
• Highly customizable MA support
• Typically 24 medical assistants per provider, based on your preferences and volume
• Providers have significant control over their schedules, in collaboration with leadership
• Full-time schedule: five days per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Flexible compensation structure, including:
• Percentage of net collections with a first-year guarantee, or
• Base salary plus percentage of net collections
• Malpractice insurance fully covered

Who Were Looking For

• Board-Certified Dermatologist (MD) (DOs not eligible for this role)
• Comfortable practicing independently and autonomously
• Motivated, hardworking and interested in helping build and grow a new location
• Ideally experienced in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with flexibility based on strengths
