• Monday-Thursday: 8am - 5pm, Friday: 8am - 4pm
• ~20 patients per day for OTVs, ~45 treatments per day
• Handle OTVs, approve films daily, manage emergencies
• ~1 consult per day when applicable, rounding very rare
