• 1 in 8 call schedule with in-house coverage
• 10 - 20 patients seen per 24-hour call period
• 1 - 2 admissions per 24-hour call period
• Inpatient pediatric critical care setting
• ECMO and ventilation management required
• Central line and arterial line insertion required
