Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Plastic Surgeon
• 5+ years of experience preferred
  (Highly skilled candidates with 23 years of experience will be considered)
• Comfortable operating on high BPI patients, particularly with lifting and complex aesthetic procedures
• Interested in developing a diverse aesthetic case mix, beyond a single niche
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing across multiple markets
