• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with occasional night and weekend call
• 10 - 15 patients per day
• 95 - 99% outpatient clinic with 5% inpatient mix
• Adult hematology oncology with breast, colon, and lung cancer
• New consults 60 minutes, follow-ups 30 minutes
• Inpatient rounding typically handled by APPs
• Call coverage with 15-minute response time required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
