A recognized healthcare organization on Long Island is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Physician to join their team as the new Chairman of the Musculoskeletal Service Line within the Department of Orthopedics.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Outpatient and inpatient

Responsibilities:

• Leading the department's educational, scientific, and clinical programs
• Optimizing clinical operations and fostering business development
• Interfacing with other system leaders for integrated care
• Promoting the Musculoskeletal Service Line with referring physicians
• Transforming the Service Line into a Musculoskeletal Institute
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience minimum
• MD/DO degree
• Board-certified/eligible in Orthopedics
• New York medical license
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Commitment to high-quality care and research
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in specialized areas
