• Mix of inpatient and outpatient with night call
• Call is 1:4 and runs Monday to Monday
• 14-16 patients per day outpatient, 1-3 patients per day inpatient
• EGD and colonoscopy required, ERCP is a bonus
• Long-term need
• Some weeks can be outpatient only
