• Shift 7am - 5pm Monday to Monday plus 5pm - 7am teleneurology
• Daily patient load: 15
• Inpatient with APP support at both sites Monday through Friday
• EMR: EPIC
• 2 nights per week teleneurology coverage for 8 facilities via phone
• Round in person 1 site, teleneurology at 2 sites
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
