• Monday - Friday 3-5 days per week minimum 3 days
• 9 am - 4:30 pm 7.5 hour shifts
• 13 - 15 patients per shift
• Outpatient neurology clinic
• MA support for rooming patients
• Botulinum toxin administration required
• Disability evaluation required
• No call or inpatient responsibilities
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
