• 4.5 day work week with one evening shift
• Monday 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm
• Wednesday and Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 1 pm
• See 20 - 25 patients per day
• Full-service outpatient office setting
• No residents - independent practice
• Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• DEA license required
