• Up to 14 shifts per month with 10-hour shifts
• 120 patients per day with 40,000 patients annually
• Hospital with stroke center and cardiac cases
• No single coverage for first 4 months
• EMR: EPIC
• 30% pediatric population with adult and pediatric patients
• Shift times: 11am, 2:30pm, or 8pm
• Level 3 trauma patients
