• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 100% outpatient with no hospital or ER call
• Quality patient panel of 11 - 13 encounters daily
• 60 minutes for new appointments and annual visits
• Call frequency is 1:12 or 1:13 with nurse triage support
• No state income tax in Florida
• Work with dedicated nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Board-certified or board-eligible within training completion
