We?re seeking an experienced Pediatrician to join a supportive, close-knit team at a busy practice in Maine. This position replaces a retiring physician and includes a flexible month-to-month transition period until your start.

What You?ll Get

• Salary: $275,000 base
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Housing Allowance: $25,000
• Student Loan Reimbursement: Available
• CME: $5,000 per year + one week off
• PTO: 5 weeks per year, plus holidays and one week of sick leave
• Call: One in two schedule for births; most call can be managed from home
• EMR: Cerner

• Work alongside one established pediatrician and experienced mid-level providers.
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with manageable patient volumes.
• Attend scheduled C-sections and provide follow-up care within 24 hours.
