A growing healthcare system in Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician for a hybrid outpatient/inpatient role. They are building a team of 4 physicians and 4 APPs to staff a new, 24-exam room, state-of-the-art facility with hospitalist coverage only 20 minutes away. Only 80 miles from Duluth and its international airport, the area is known as a destination for outdoor recreation, including fishing, hiking, biking, and winter sports, along with strong schools and a stable economy.

Compensation: $323,400 plus productivity incentives.  Physician led practice.  Call is one week approximately every 6 weeks.  Hospitalist Coverage: 3-4 day stretch, every 6 weeks at a 20-bed critical access hospital with 24/7 ER physician coverage.  Service population of 45,000.  Over 1000 lakes in this county.  Additional opportunities include; colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests and EGD's..  EPIC EMR.  FT or .6 FTE schedule available.
