• Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
• 12 patients per shift
• Call ratio 2:4 with 1 hour response time
• Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy required
• Fellowship in gastroenterology required
• 5 phone consults and 5 patients per 24 hours on call
• 3 admissions per 24 hours on call
• Endoscopic ultrasound and liver biopsy preferred
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
