• Monday - Friday day schedule
• Hospitalist medical director to lead an established program with more than 50 hospitalists
• Position is 80% director and 20% hospitalist shift responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years physician leadership experience required
• Hospital more than 380 beds, level II trauma center
