Duties: - Coordinate with facility and community resources to provide multi-disciplinary comprehensive care to all patients. - Promote preventative and health maintenance care, stresses positive health behaviors and self-care through education and counseling. - Conduct research for the advancement of the Family Medicine program and for quality improvement to other providers and patients. - Serve as member of the professional medical staff and provide advisory and consultative services on various meetings, committees, conferences, and/ or boards. - Provide advice by telephone and/ or in person to other physicians, non-physician providers, and other professional medical staff on the care of patients with urgent, emergent, and nonurgent medical problems.
