Duties - Provide comprehensive primary and preventive outpatient care to patients of all ages, managing a wide range of complex, acute, and chronic health conditions. - Perform various in-office procedures, including minor surgeries, and conduct specialized medical evaluations for active duty, civilian, and other beneficiaries. - Serve as the clinical and administrative leader for the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team, guiding personnel and managing patient care activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. - Act as a clinical preceptor and mentor for other professional providers, and actively participate in continuing education programs, peer reviews, and hospital committees. - Participate in disaster preparedness training and respond to real-world disaster situations to deliver primary care as part of the assigned medical contingency response plan.
