A healthcare clinic with multiple sites throughout New York is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their Queens location, offering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: Onsite
• Shift: Daytime
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM, with one late night shift per week and one Saturday per month (provider receives a day off when working a Saturday).
• Hours: Full-time
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 2-3 per hour
• Opportunity for leadership roles, including potential to become a regional medical director with relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

The Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for:

• Collecting, recording, and maintaining patient information, including medical histories, reports, and examination results.
• Maintaining complete and accurate medical records.
• Providing quality clinical diagnostic skills in patient care delivery.
• Reviewing test results and recommending suitable management for patients, including preventive health recommendations.
• Prescribing medications and formulating ongoing treatment and disease management plans.

Qualifications:

• M.D. / D.O.
• Board Eligible / Certified in Internal Medicine
• DEA/BLS/ACLS certifications
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Competency in clinical diagnostics and patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuing medical education

Desired Skills:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Proven experience in leadership roles or site direction
