This addiction clinic specializes in comprehensive substance abuse treatment services for adult patients. The physician will provide comprehensive addiction medicine services in an outpatient clinic setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include conducting new patient evaluations lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour and medication follow-up appointments of 20-30 minutes duration. The clinician will specialize in treating dual diagnosis and substance abuse cases for adult patients, with particular emphasis on methadone and medication assisted treatment protocols. Board certification in Family Medicine with addiction medicine experience is required, along with active New York State Medicaid provider status, NY medical license, and DEA registration.
