- Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine
- M-F 8:30am to 5pm
- About 22 ppd
- All ages for FP; can be adults only for IM
- Looking for someone to start as soon as possible
- Prefer providers with some experience but open to newer physicians as well
- EMR is Athena
