• 7 am - 7 pm day shifts and 7 pm - 7 am night shifts
• 15 - 30 patients per shift
• Emergency department with urgent care
• Intubation, central lines, chest tubes, ultrasound, lumbar punctures
• Annual ED volume approximately 11,000 patients
