Practice Highlights:

• Physicians see a mix of walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and telehealth visits withNO call responsibilities
• Open to providers who prefer a part-time or full-time schedule
• Option to work 1099 or be employed with the potential for partnership
• Full-time salary range from $250K-$300Kplus potential for bonuses
• Office will be opening over the summer of 2026
