The community hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and surgical services with a focus on diverse case types across multiple specialties. The facility maintains a care team model approach to anesthesia services while excluding high-acuity procedures such as cardiac, neonatal, complicated pediatric, burn, or transplant cases.

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services across a full case spectrum including obstetric cesarean sections, trauma, neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, vascular, head and spine, regional, and thoracic procedures while excluding cardiac cases. The position requires board certification, active Pennsylvania licensure, and commitment to Monday through Friday 10-hour day shifts with Friday availability being essential. Coverage includes in-house call responsibilities for weekend days and nights plus weekday nights, with a care team model approach emphasizing hands-on patient care and possible medical direction of CRNAs. The facility does not perform neonatal, complicated pediatric, burn, or transplant procedures.
