Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a hospital 1.5 hours north of Manhattan, NY,in recruiting an OB/GYN Chair for their women's health service line. You will lead a group of OB/GYN physicians and work collaboratively with system leadership, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, oncologists, and neonatologists to ensure the highest quality, evidence-based care.

About the Opportunity:

• This position will be 40% administrative and 60% clinical
• Ideal candidate will have at least five years of practice, with preferred experience as an accomplished member of a leadership team
• Experience working with nursing leadership and advanced practice clinicians preferred
• Lead a group of obstetricians and gynecologists who provide exceptional, evidence-based women's health clinical care
• $500,000 base salary, plus administrative income and incentive bonuses
• Generous signing bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance
• Beautiful hospital and L&D with Level III NICU staffed by neonatologists, as well as an excellent perinatology program
