The healthcare system operates two level 3 trauma centers located in rural Michigan. These facilities provide comprehensive trauma care services and maintain advanced interventional radiology capabilities. The centers serve the surrounding rural communities with specialized medical services and emergency care.

The position requires board-certified clinicians to provide comprehensive interventional radiology services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include performing 9-11 interventional procedures daily such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, PICC line placements, drainages, and lumbar punctures. Clinicians will handle a balanced mix of light and heavy interventional cases with support from one onsite advanced practice provider. The role focuses entirely on interventional radiology with no call requirements.
