The acute rehabilitation unit operates within an acute care hospital setting. This specialized unit maintains 13 beds dedicated to comprehensive rehabilitation services. The facility provides integrated care within the hospital system to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.

The clinician will conduct daily rounds for the 13-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and provide night and weekend call coverage. Responsibilities include managing rehabilitation patients and completing comprehensive rounds before concluding daily on-site duties. Call responsibilities primarily involve telephone consultations with minimal requirement for after-hours facility returns. Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required for this position.
