' Coverage: 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage daily
' APP Support
' 24/7 in-house X-ray * CT
' 24/7 radiology reads on all modalities
' 24/7 ultrasound on-call
' EMR Picis Seeking only Full Time- Inquire Shifts Per Month Minimum PACKAGE
' Choose between W-2 & 1099 options
' RATE $250-280/hr (W2); $270-$300+ (1099)
' Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
' CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually
' 2025/2026 Resident Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one

' Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Texas
' Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
' ABEM/AOBEM or Board Certified in Family Medicine with ER experience
