• 7-day coverage blocks, Monday 7am start, Sunday 7am end
• 99% adult patients, 1% pediatric patients
• General urology cases, no fertility work-up
• Laser procedures and advanced endoscopic techniques required
• Ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsy, and renal/bladder ultrasound required
• ESWL, nephrectomy, and radical nephrectomy required
• Laparoscopic skills and robotic surgery preferred
• 8 weeks of call coverage per year
