• Schedule Details: 7 days on / 7 days off and ER coverage and call
• Urology Urgent clinic Care (2-3 hours a day) in 1 office only
• Will perform surgeries in 2 locations, go to 2 hospitals for inpatient rounding
• Procedures: General urologic procedures; specifics to be discussed
• Certifications Needed: Active Georgia medical license, DEA
• Patient Population/Case Load: Adult patients; inpatient focus with some work in clinics
• Case Mix: General Urology
• EMR: EPIC
• Salary: 600K salary, 75K sign-on & 75K starting incentive, 14K moving allowance with full benefits package
