Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established occupational medicine team near Santa Rosa, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment and return-to-work physicals

- Collaborate with employers and case managers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted PA or NP license in California
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
