A full-scope woman's health practice is seeking a REI Specialist to help develop a new service line in their Upper East Side, Manhattan office.

About the Opportunity:

• 100% Outpatient Woman's Health Private Practice
• Standard Monday - Friday
• Flexible Hours (Office open 8-6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Perform laparoscopic and robotic-assisted gynecological procedures while integrating into existing surgical schedules and protocols
• Work alongside current surgeons to expand minimally invasive offerings and contribute to team-based patient care approaches
• Bring expertise in advanced MIS techniques and assist in evaluating new surgical technologies and equipment upgrades
• Monitor surgical outcomes, complication rates, and patient satisfaction metrics to maintain high clinical standards
• Provide guidance to junior staff and residents (if applicable) on minimally invasive techniques and best practices

Qualifications:

• Ability and eagerness to join small Surgery Team
• BC/BE in OB/Gyn
• Additional Training in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery
• Authorization to work in the United States
• NYS Medical License
