This opportunity is ideal for internal medicine-trained physicians passionate about delivering thoughtful, relationship-driven care to older adults.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only practice serving patients ages 65+
• Manage a patient panel with a diverse mix of acute, chronic, and preventive visits
• Combination of in-office care and occasional telehealth
