A large facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Central Alabama

10-hour shifts with APC support and extensive subspecialty coverage, including in-house neurology from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. with tele-neurology support through UAB after hours. Additional support includes ENT, neuro, interventional cardiology, pediatrics, OB, orthopedics, general surgery, radiology, vascular surgery, along with established intensivist and hospitalist programs.

• Case Load/PPD:  45 bed unit, 50k annual volume
• Support Staff:  60-70 hours of physician coverage a week, 47 APC
• Patient Population:  All Ages
• Call Ratio/Schedule:  none
