• Start Date: February 9, 2026 Ongoing
• Schedule: 2-week 24-hour rotation
• Hospitalist rounds on Inpatients and time depends on level of acuity of the patient and volume and it is a 24/hour/14-day rotation
• Do not have to stay on-site but be available for calls and within 30 minutes to facility
• Also in-house call room if needed
• Setting: Inpatient Hospital Medicine
• Assigned/Unassigned Patients
• Call Response Time: 20 minutes
• Phone Consults: 35
• Patients Seen Per Shift: ~5
• Admissions Required: 35
• Clinic Patients Per Shift: 1020
• Beds in Facility: 25
• Call Ratio: 1:7
• Facility will accept multiple providers
• Hospital Stroke Certified
• Trauma Level IV
• EMR: Meditech

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active KY License or IMLC Accepted
• ACLS & BLS Required
