Licenses

WA Medical License Highly Preferred
IMLC with LOQ Accepted

Certifications

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon REQUIRED
Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon REQUIRED
BLS Required (can obtain after offer)
DEA Required (can obtain after offer)

Experience Notes

Trauma experience acceptable even without trauma fellowship, IF credentialing is still possible.

Hospital + Outpatient Clinic
EMR: EPIC

Duties

ER Coverage (24/7) for 2 weeks per month at a Level II trauma center
Outpatient Clinic: 3 mornings/week (MonFri; days TBD)
Dedicated PA support for call coverage
Hospital + MA support in clinic

Procedures / Case Mix

Full spectrum orthopedics
Excluding complex pelvic cases
Daily volume: Varies 07 admissions/patients/day
