• 4.5-day work week with only one evening shift per week
• Monday - Friday schedule: 8 am - 6 pm, 8 am - 7 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, 8 am - 1 pm
• Average 20 patients per day in outpatient setting
• Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
