• Call coverage Monday-Sunday, 5-7 days of call per month
• 16 patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients
• General urology, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy
• Prostatectomy, robotic surgery, TRUS biopsies, ESWL procedures
• 30 minute call response time with beeper coverage
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
