• 100% Outpatient

• Full-scope outpatient general cardiology

• No procedures

• No admissions

• Avg. 20 patients/day

Support Staff:

• MA / Clinic Supervisor

• RN

EMR: Cerner

Credentialing:

• 6090 days

• Foundation privileges only

Training Requirements:

• Residency/Fellowship: Cardiology

• Must be US/Canadian trained at an accredited program (ACGME, AACOM, or Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada)

Provider Requirements:

• Board Certified Required

• Active CA State License Required

• Malpractice: Clean highly preferred (dismissed claims acceptable)
