Practice Setting:

• Hospital and clinic

• Inpatient & outpatient

• 350 beds

• Call-only position

• Rounding & admissions: likely daily depending on census

• When not rounding or doing procedures, provider may be offsite until called back in

Patient Details:

• Adults

• Average 812 patients/day

Required Procedures:

• Colonoscopy

• EGD

• ERCP Requirements:

• Minimum 100 lifetime ERCPs

• Documentation of at least 40 ERCPs performed in the previous 24 months

Team Structure:

• Provider will not work solo

• Other physicians & APCs onsite

• APC support during weekdays

• No nights/weekends APC currentlyworking toward future weekend coverage

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA or ARC)

• ERCP documentation as above

Licensure:

• Active WA license or IMLC

EMR: Epic
