• Monday and Wednesday surgical center 8am - 4pm, Tuesday and Thursday clinic 8am - 4pm
• 25 patients per day
• Outpatient setting
• Pain management procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, epidural injections
• 50% sports/ortho, 50% pain management, 10% medical rehab
• ACLS certification required
• No call requirements
• No weekend coverage
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
