Clinical Details Annual volume: 5,500 Patient population: All ages 25-bed hospital; 5-bed ED Support staff: RN + other specialty physicians EMR: CPSI

Requirements Board Certified ABEM or ABFM/IM with extensive EM experience Active WV license Required DEA Required BLS, ACLS Required Minimum 2 years experience IMLC Welcome Credentialing: 4560 days
